If so, those staff are eligible to be included in the new SA Government Community Services Portable Long Service Leave Scheme and your church needs to be registered in the scheme by 31 October 2025.

This new SA Government scheme has no impact of staff that are on other awards, or on no award, or are part of the BCSANT Ministers LSL Fund. The management of LSL for these staff will still need to be done either directly by the church or through the BCSANT fund.
