Events Coordinator
Permanent part-time role at 0.4 FTE (2 days per week)
We are seeking an experienced events coordinator who will be responsible for the planning, administration, and delivery of the Baptist Churches SA & NT program of events. The role combines practical event logistics with the management of digital platforms that support registration, communication, and participant learning. If you are someone who takes satisfaction in a well-run event and equally in a well-functioning system, this role is designed for you

Preaching & Teaching Pastor
0.2 FTE
The Teaching & Pastoral Care Pastor will help shape the spiritual growth and health of Glen Osmond Baptist Church through teaching, preaching, and pastoral care. The role would include preparation and delivering of sermons (approximately one week in four) as part of the church’s preaching roster plus supporting the Lead Pastor in providing pastoral care and encouragement to members of the church community.
Children’s Ministry Coordinator
0.2 FTE
The Children’s Worker will provide leadership and coordination of the children’s ministry of Glen Osmond Baptist Church, creating a safe, welcoming, engaging and Christ-centred environment in which children can grow in their understanding of God, The role will also provide administrative support related to children’s ministry, including Working With Children Checks, Child Protection Certifications, and Ministry Covenants.

We are currently seeking a passionate and capable Director of Operations to join our Executive Team in this key leadership role.
The Director of Operations will provide strategic oversight and leadership across the business and operational functions of both Clovie and Pathway Community Centre, including:
- Strategic planning and organisational health
- Finance, budgeting, and reporting
- Property and asset management
- Human Resources and compliance
- Administration and project oversight
- Governance, policies, and risk management
- IT systems and data security
