Enfield Baptist Church is inviting expressions of interest for a unique and meaningful role as Office Manager / Ministry Support Pastor.

If you’re someone who finds joy in creating order, supporting people, and helping ministry thrive behind the scenes, this could be a great fit. This role sits at the heart of our church’s life, shaping the systems, communication and coordination that release others into discipleship, mission and community.

The role can be expressed as either an Office Manager or Ministry Support Pastor, depending on your skills, experience and calling. If your strengths are primarily administrative, you’ll bring operational leadership and organisation. If you carry pastoral gifting and are recognised or willing to pursue recognition, there is scope for the role to take on a more pastoral expression.

You’ll bring strong organisational and communication skills, a welcoming presence, and a genuine faith that connects with our vision of “More People, More Like Jesus.”
