BCSANT Invoices paid by Credit Card

Invoices recently sent from BCSANT may include an option to pay by credit card.

Please DO NOT USE this option, as either the church will be charged a payment fee, or after 1 Oct 2026 BCSANT will not receive the full amount of the invoice (ie: we will get charged the payment fee and your invoice will be short paid.)

A recent update to our accounting platform has automatically included this option without us realising, as well as removing the PDF version from the email.

We have now fixed this “feature” to:

1. Add a PDF copy of the invoice to the email, and
2. Removed the pay by credit card option.

Again, please DO NOT PAY invoices online via the credit card option. Please continue to use the EFT payment option as per usual.
