As we approach the 2025–26 renewal period (30 September 2025 – 30 September 2026), we’re working closely with our broker and insurer/reinsurer partners to secure broad, tailored protection at the best possible value. We expect to finalise terms toward the end of August.
In the meantime, here is what to expect from us through the next period:
Late August / Early September, you will receive an email from BIS with the following:
- CEO Renewal Letter – a clear overview of this renewal and key information pertaining to the 25/26 period
- Asset Schedule – the property and contents we protect for you
- Renewal Agreement – your covers, limits, and estimated contribution amount
- Summary of Limits & Deductibles – the applicable limits and deductibles (excesses) for each class of cover
Late September — your invoice will follow. We’re pleased to confirm that instalment options will again be available via Baptist Financial Services (BFS). Full details will be included with your invoice, and you’ll be able to arrange instalments directly with BFS.
Please be assured we’re negotiating hard and refining our programme to keep any increase to your contribution to a minimum while maintaining strong, fit-for-purpose protection.
