Let’s seize this God-given moment
Every year, church volunteers and leaders from across our movement gather for 4D Leadership Conference, a day to be equipped, encouraged, and inspired for ministry.
This year’s theme is Opportunity. We live in a world that can often feel unstable and uncertain, but even within that uncertainty lies real opportunity: an opportunity for gospel impact, to lead with courage and wisdom, to build communities marked by faith, hope and love, and to meet this cultural moment with clarity and conviction.
The Apostle Paul repeatedly encourages us to “make the most of every opportunity.” This is our invitation: to recognise the opportunities God has placed before us, and to step into them with faith, courage and expectation.
We’re excited to have Natasha Moore joining us for our keynote session. Natasha, a Cambridge PhD in English Literature and Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Public Christianity, authored For the Love of God (2019) and The Pleasures of Pessimism (2020) and has written widely on books, film, politics, and culture.
Through keynote sessions, inspiring worship, practical workshops, and time together, 4D Leadership Conference exists to strengthen, encourage, and refresh those who serve week in and week out in our churches.
Whatever your role, whether you’re on stage, behind the scenes, leading a small group or serving quietly in ways few ever see, this is a day to be filled up, reminded that what you do matters, and renewed in faith for the opportunities ahead.

FAQs
Is Assembly a part of the program this year?
Previously we trialled including Assembly as a part of our 4D program. While this had pros and cons, we have decided that in 2026 we will keep the two events separate.
Our Spring Assembly will be held the night before 4D Conference, on the 23rd October at Kings Baptist Church.
If you are planning to attend both events, you will need to register for each separately.
Who are the ‘Junior Volunteer’ tickets for?
We’d like to bless the up-and-coming leaders in our movement by providing free tickets for high-schoolers wanting to attend 4D. If a free Junior Volunteer ticket is available when you register (and you are a high school student), it’s yours! Don’t wait, places are limited.
